Essex CCC Media Release23-May-2002Essex County Cricket Club are pleased to announce the Holsten NUL Player ofthe Match, for the recent game against Derbyshire Scorpions, as overseas player Andy Flower. Andy took five catches in the Derbyshire innings and followed this up with a swift 43 runs to help ensure that Essex won their first match in the competition this season. Andy will be presented with his award during the interval at the next NUL fixture at Valentines Park Ilford on 16th June when Essex Eagles take on Lancashire Lightning.
